I went to my friend's B-day party, it was ok, I left early because I was tired. There was pizza, ice cream cake, DDR, and black lights, oh and lots of people (which I can't deal with). It was really cool though. What was also cool was how her boyfriend gave her a sword and a hunting knife that was Pairetes styled.

This morning I was woken up by my sister who didn't have anyone to go with her to this radio station's birthday party. I ended up going. It was wet (outside), crowded, and lots of people were smoking. We got there kinda late so we ended up standing in the back so we could see the stage. We left early.

Got a new video card and so far the bars are gone. Hopefuly, they'll stay gone.

Dispair
Saturday, September 23, 2006 12:22 AM

I found out I'm failing my science class, the one with the bad teacher. My dad wasn't happy with me. He said that I would get less time on the computer and I don't think that's very fair. All my other classes I have a C or above in. And the computer is even more screwed up. My dad thinks it's the video card and I think it could be that or the slot it goes in being dirty or damaged so I can only see about half of what I'm typing right now. I don't know why, but I feel really down and not caring about anything. I've been taking my medicine... I just don't know, and I'm not really looking forward to my friend's party tomorrow. It's not fair. Iknow it's childish to say but it feels like stuff isn't going my way.

Sushi and Smoke
Thursday, September 21, 2006 12:11 AM

Another testing day, got to go in late. Before smoke, yesterday:
My sister wanted to make sushi. I said I would help. I regret that. Well she made the rice, sliced and fried the carrots. I made the suu and fried the tuna. She rolled it and after three rolls, we ran out of nori. Search the house, find old cone sushi things and old nori. So we have these small pieces of nori, about an inch by three inches, so she says "let's make spam musubi" because we could just use two pieces to wrap it. So she slices the spam and I decide to tase the nori to make sure it's ok, seeing that we made two rolls with the old nori before we found out it was old. That was old too. So, we have a half a pot of flavored rice sitting in the fridge, no nori and no uncooked rice in the house. Wasn't happy.
Today:
Durring second block today there was smoke comming from the home ec. area so we were all evacuated and standing outside watching the fire trucks. Nothing came of it, so we had about twenty-five min. for fourth block. Then, when I was driving downtown to volunteer, there was an accident right infront of me. A big hummer rear-ended a car. Fourtunatly, I was able to manuver around it. Then comming home, I almost hit a pedestrian. That was my excitment from the last two days.

Lawn
Monday, September 18, 2006 10:45 AM

Yesterday I mowed the lawn, and I could not belive how many crickets we had! It's disgusting! Helped my mom put together an arbor. Not much else going on. But I'm going to get a Malice Mizer interview book and the Juusankai wa Gekko album by Buck-Tick. IF it's really in stock. Everything I order nowdays seems to be out of stock and I end up finding out about a month later...

Ha! ... Grrr...
Saturday, September 16, 2006 8:25 PM

Ha ha ha ha! She's gone for two weeks! Then grandma comes back for five days! *bounces* And, if I take the side panel off the computer, the bars on the screen go away! I am so thrilled!

But I greatly dislike (not hate, yet) my Earth Science teacher. Earlier in the year, he told stupid jokes and then said "If you have your students attention, there's a better chance of teaching them something". Guess how he teaches. Do the homework, take these notes, do this lab. Nothing is explained. It is a 'materials provided, teach yourself' class. If I had any intrest in this class I might not mind. But I don't and that isn't how I learn in school. If I'm in school, I expect to be taught something, if I try to learn something on my own, I don't mind teaching myself. Grrr, I want to kick him in the shins (fairly easy seeing how tall he is) ha! Ahem... Anyway, I'm going to see if I have any options to get out of his class.

Grandma
Thursday, September 14, 2006 8:53 PM

Yesterday, my grandma flew in. She's staying till early October, and she likes things a particular way. My sister and I don't like her very much. We are doomed.

Short blog; my sister passed the driving portion of her driver's test! All she has to do is the written part and she can drive. Went to Panda Express to save on time and celebrate a little. Changed parking passes, where I used to park had a bunch of druggies hanging out there so I moved. Makes it more difficult to get into town and it's further away but that's ok. Oh, I go a one hundred percent on an English paper! That is probably the first and last time but I'm still thrilled. English is a weak subject of mine, maybe blogging is helping.

Unheard of!
Saturday, September 09, 2006 10:56 PM

Both more than a one word title and two posts in a day! Well, I swithed the monitor on this computer for the one upstairs and neither is having those bar thingies! Also new layout, spent forever perfecting it. I still lack an art page but that can wait for a while. My exuberance as since left and I have been frustrated updating every single page of my site and fussing with the blogger code and screwing up color codes and having not eaten lunch or dinner... IT'S DONE! HAH HAH HAH AHA HAH HA! I win! Goes off to fix microwavable saimin (my prize). Cheesey Popcorn! I'll have that too! (I think I might be loosing it... I need to take my medicine, that's why...)

Better
1:53 PM

Gaahhh! My computer is eeeviiil! There are these "refreshing" vertical bars that are pink green orange and black on the screen! They won't go away!! It makes things hard to read and is just plain annoying! I ran virus scan once already and nothing turned up. It takes an hour to run ao I am reluctant to scan again, seeing things got worse. I know it's not tne monitor because I messd around with the menu and it wasn't affected by the bars. I'll have to do something! (What I do not know)

Well, I'm feeling better. Haven't gotten an art page up yet, I'm combining all my pages under one layout. That should be up late tonight.

Not much other news, named my guitar Kazan (Japanese for volcano).

depressed
Tuesday, September 05, 2006 3:51 PM

Maybe that's not the right word for it. I'm more agitated and wanting to pick a fight with anyone. I stayed home because of that. I'm not completely sure why I'm upset, I took my medicine. I's probably because yesterday I had a friend over that I haven't seen in about two years and it was a little awkward and abunch of my relatives were calling while she was ove and we were the only ones there, so I kinda had to get it. And one of my grandmas, one I don't like, is comming in a week. So I spent the whole day, almost, "inking" coloring and shading a picture in PSP while listening to a two hour mix over and over again. I'll put it up tomorrow or late tonight on my site in the about section under art or fanart. Just as a warning, it may disturb some people. I might as well say what it is: It's a picture of a black and grey butterfly suspended in chains with blood comming down behind it. Title: Cry Tears of Blood. Inspired by Iceman's song: Shining Collection and a rotation site (where the title came from, kinda).

Let's see, I wasn't completely unproductive. I helped with the laundry and did the dishes...

Wedding
Sunday, September 03, 2006 8:54 PM

I am multitasking this and making gau. The Chinese brown sugar is melting (by force!) and I like multitasking. The Chinese brown sugar, here at least, is in bar form and needs to be disolved in hot water. So instead of boiling the water and adding the sugar, I put it in the water while it was boiling. So I hope it didn't burn. And now the mixture is cooling. I'll put up the recipie at the end of this post.

Well the wedding was ok, it was one of my dad's co-workers who got married and my sister and I were the only teenagers there. It would have been more enjoyable if I actually knew SOMEONE who was there, but my dad made us go. Good thing I don't need to go to the lake tomorrow. I'm thinking about putting up some of my art (the ones I hope won't burn your eyes out). There isn't much of it so don't worry too much.

Chinese Gau

1 3/4 cup hot water
1 pound Chinese Brown Sugar
1 box Mochiko
1 can Coconut Milk
1/4 cub Oil

Microwaveable container that is pan-like (the actual thing we have is ring shaped and you can take out the middle)

Disolve sugar in the water and let cool. Then add the mochiko, coconut milk and oil, blend together. Pour into container and microwave for 15 min. (750 watts). Let stand for at least 30-45 min. (so it will hold its form) remove from container and let cool (can take hours). Cut up and enjoy!

Notes: Ingredients can be found at an oriental market. Gau is like mochi (if you don't know what mochi is, then I don't know how to describe it) except without the potato starch on the outside.

New layout! I made it this time and really don't like how blogger has some of their stuff, it screws up the coding. Tired, had a long-ish day and it took me 2 and a half hours to make, code perfect this layout. Features Klaha when he was in Malice Mizer, fussed with in PSP8.

Lets see, school went ok, nothing there. Went downtown with my mom, picked up a guitar starter pack, went to the oriental market, got stuff to make gau plus some munchies. Then picked up spam and chicken. We, myself not included, are going up to my uncle's lake house again, so I need to make gau and spam musubi. At least I don't need to make sushi this time. But I'm planning to get together with a friend this weekend and am not sure the best way to contact her...

Anyway, I have no clue why I continue to stay awake. I have nothing in particular to do and I lack the mental power to code or learn to play my new guitar. Maybe chips with dip and techno music is keeping me awake. Or I'm subconciously thinking "I better go and sign up with xanga ad view her blog so I can comment and thus solving my problem of how should I contact my friend". I better stop before I dig myself a grave. Well it would be apropriate because of what I titled this entry. Ok, stop.
